Our client, in Stoughton WI, is looking for an Accounts Payable Lead, for about 6 months in length.  

*Can by hybrid (3 days from home/ week) after training period!

*Oversee a team of 6-7 Accounts Payable Specialists

Other tasks include:
  • Lead process for invoicing payments
  • Lead process for disputes
  • Would have higher projects for yourself to be working on
  • Effectively support, lead, and guide the A/P team to meet quarterly/monthly/yearly AP objectives and provide guidance and direction to team members to optimize the AP process
  • Research vendor discrepancies and past due amounts, and work with internal business partners for timely resolutions.
  • Coordinate and lead weekly AP reviews and other focused reviews as assigned through reporting and conferencing aimed at driving outstanding issues to closure. Serve as an internal resource for members of the AP team.
