Accounting Manager
Our client is an organization in the Milwaukee area looking for an Accounting Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 5+ years of experience, driven, and organized. This company offers a collaborative team, strong culture, and flexibility. This position is hybrid.
The salary for this position is $100k – $130k.
The Accounting Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare monthly journal entries, financial analyses, and reports.
- Maintain accurate records, including ledgers, journals, receipts, deposits, and invoices.
- Assist with preparation for annual audits and balance sheet reviews.
- Prepare weekly and monthly management reports.
- Assist auditors, the financial reporting team supporting external reporting and disclosures.
- Perform other accounting duties as required.
The Accounting Manager will possess the following:
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- 5+ years of related experience, with some management or supervisory experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably majoring in Accounting or Finance.
- Audit start/compliance knowledge required.
- Large manufacturing exposure, either from industry or public accounting.
- Organized with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
